Position Summary

The Analyst I opportunity is established to enable the career progression of our top Global Delivery Center resources into Core Consulting. In this role, he/she will utilize all technical, functional and project specific knowledge gained to transition into a client facing role. The Analyst I is responsible for participating in all activities associated with implementation of the BackOffice Data Migration Methodology and Tools. The primary focus is at the technical level with emphasis on conversion development activities.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Works  under supervision of the team lead at the client site
  • Developing the requirements of BackOffice products from inception to conclusion
  • Analyzes and evaluates moderate to complex data processing/manipulation systems pertaining to data migration activities
  • Assists in cut-over planning
  • Participates in data loads  
  • This position requires 100% travel



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related analytical or technical disciplines (commensurate experience may be acceptable)
  • 2+ years’ experience in a Global Delivery Center role
  • Current PMP rating of 4 or higher
  • Certified in BackOffice Data Migration Methodology and Tools
  • Proficient in MS SQL (query skills, table structure and relational databases)
  • Competent in tier 1 targets within process team
  • Ability to creates basic rules and reports, and basic BDC scripts
  • Ability to perform data loads using both the BackOffice toolset and any target system load programs
  • Experience monitoring data loads and data pulls
  • Experience creating and maintaining relevant documentation
  • Superior customer service skills, preferably demonstrated by experience working directly with customers
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and pick up new skills quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to self-motivate in fast paced environments
  • Strong drive for achieving results under pressure
  • Ability to accommodate position requirements of 100% travel
