Position Summary

The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for aligning with strategic channel partners, to leverage programs, which drive marketing qualified leads. As an extension of BOA’s marketing department, this position is instrumental in creating business opportunity, which leverages BOA’s primary channel partners’ existing programs.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute revenue generating co-marketing plans with BOA’s strategic channels (SAP, Infor, etc.)
  • Leverage co-marketing opportunities with partner channel marketing teams
  • Align with regional channel partner marketing teams, programs and resources to improve BOA presence among customers and prospects
  • Plan, prioritize and execute demand generation campaigns such as workshops, webinars, email marketing, and customer engagement that drives market adoption
  • Work closely with BOA field sales and inside sales reps in order to maintain an integrated channel marketing plan for the expansion/acceleration of MQLs and SQLs
  • Drive multi-touch marketing across all programs with channel partners and BOA field teams
  • Create a strategic plan including a calendar and budget to cover 2018
  • Assist direct marketing and sales teams with targeted integrated approach to event prospect list follow-up, utilizing highly tailored virtual and in-person event options
  • Become an expert on SalesForce.com and SAP CRM pipeline in order to drive events tailored to opportunities that are progressing into license revenue
  • Ensure relevant product news updates are delivered to key partner relationships within North America
  • Track data regarding the number of customer contacts, orders, proposals and dollars sold
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reviews
  • Attend tradeshows and events as required
  • Travel up to 65%

 

Qualifications:

  • BS or BA degree required with areas studied centered on Business Sales, Marketing or Finance
  • 3+ years relevant experience in B2B technology channel marketing
  • Current experience with SAP and SAP product lines
  • Contacts with industry decision makers, SAP preferred
  • Must be capable of communicating the value proposition for all BOA solutions and services
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
  • Market/Customer oriented
  • Outstanding business acumen
  • Solid business skills, problem solving capabilities and technical aptitude required
  • High energy, can-do attitude
  • Motivated and solutions oriented
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytic capabilities and ability to use data to generate insights and recommend actions
