Position Summary

The Data Analyst position offers a unique opportunity to grow a career in IT! In this position, you will join our successful team in data migration and governance activities that include data and business analysis, reporting and conversions. All of which will be done using our state of the art tools and methodology. Successful candidates must be fast learners and willing to grow to meet changing requirements from customer to customer.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Understand and implement solutions based on a customer’s technical requirements
  • Analyze and evaluate moderate to complex data and data relationships
  • Create logic within MS SQL to transform data in support of cleansing and validation activities
  • Learn and be proficient in loading large volumes of data into ERP systems
  • Create business relevancy reports to supply to customer
  • Obtain and retain certifications in the BackOffice methodology and tools



  • Associates Degree or commensurate relevant experience
  • 3 – 5 years of professional office experience
  • Must be able to work as team member and prosper in a collaborative environment
  • Comfortable working with technology and learning new methodologies/systems
  • Advanced skills in MS SQL (query skills, table structures and relational databases)
  • Has working knowledge and interest in business processes and their key data-related requirements
  • Must have an ‘eye for detail’ (advanced analytical skills)
  • Has a ‘can do’ attitude for solving complex challenges
  • Task oriented with a commitment and tenacity to complete assigned tasks
  • Has great verbal and written communication skills
  • You must be able to legally deploy anywhere within the US, Canada and Mexico for project duration(s) that will vary based on customer requirements and training
  • Able to accommodate travel up to 25% if needed for training or other business needs
