Position Summary

The Data Analyst position offers a unique opportunity to begin or grow a career in IT! In this position, you will join our successful teams in data migration activities that include data and business analysis, reporting and conversions. All of which will be done using out state of the art tools and methodology. Successful candidates must be fast learners and willing to grow to meet changing requirements from customer to customer.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work in a team structure under direct supervision
  • Responsible for Tier 1 Targets within the process team
  • Analyzes and evaluates moderate to complex data processing/manipulation systems pertaining to data migration activities
  • Creates Basic Rules and Reports, and Basic BDC Scripts
  • Performs data loads using both the BackOffice toolset and any Target system load programs
  • Monitors Data Loads and Data Pulls
  • Creates and Maintains relevant Documentation
  • Obtain and maintain certifications in BackOffice Methodology and Tools



  • Associates Degree or commensurate relevant experience
  • 5+ years related hands-on experience in an office environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft SQL, preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Databases, preferred
  • SQL query skills, preferred but not required
  • SQL Table structure and relational understanding of the structure, preferred but not required
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Have working knowledge and interest in business processes and their key data related requirements for automation
  • Task oriented with commitment to complete tasks
  • Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment is a plus
  • Have great verbal and written communication
  • Able to accommodate travel up to 25% if needed for training or other business needs
