Position Summary

The SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant will be responsible for implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions for our customers. Core to these skill sets are great technical skills and experience with Employee Central, strong customer orientation, and a passion for delivering world-class consulting on a consistent basis. In this role the consultant will lead and own conversion objects for the data migration and data governance of SFEC using Back Office tools and methodology.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors’ product suite configuration options
  • Determine methods and procedures on client project
  • Hands-On implementation and development of the BackOffice Data Migration methodology and tools
  • Participate in weekly customer project meetings
  • Configure application to meet client needs
  • Coordinates data cleansing and validation under guidance of senior team members
  • Provide best-practice guidance on customer processes
  • Complete implementation projects within the time allotted with high levels of customer success
  • Travel required up to 100%

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
  • 5+ years of experience with integrated HRIS solutions
  • Experience with 1 or more full life cycle(s) in a leadership role for SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation
  • Current project experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • SuccessFactors Employee Central certification preferred
  • Must have experience and knowledge using SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Expertise in SuccessFactors Project management methodology & deliverables
  • Proficient in CranSoft, DSP, SAP Data Services or other data migration tools
  • Proficient in MS SQL (query skills, table structure and relational databases)
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills (oral and written)
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize effectively
  • Experience consulting in a client facing role
  • Able to concurrently manage multiple tasks and consistently complete deliverables on schedule
  • Strong work ethic, hands on style
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and with a collaborative team
  • Proven dedication to providing excellent customer service
  • Must be capable of interacting with a wide variety of internal/external individuals at all levels
  • You must be able to legally deploy anywhere within the US, Canada and Mexico. Project duration(s) will vary based on customer requirements but may last for significant periods of time
