BackOffice Associates, LLC concludes successful DataDialysis^® project for Johnson & Johnson’s subsidiary Pharmaceutical Sourcing Group Americas allowing reactive data governance service model for manufacturing data.

BackOffice Associates™ and SAP^® performed a joint initiative solution for Johnson & Johnson’s subsidiary PSGA establishing a light footprint model for reconciling errors in master data that caused significant problems for the business.  This reactive data governance model established a service path for error recognition among the dependent master data relationships in R/3 and APO .  The web-enabled tools allowed for errors to easily escalate to the appropriate business resources for correction while offering dashboard metrics for status and progress monitoring.

BackOffice Associates™ successfully integrated a CranSoft™ Application dubbed Collaborative Vendor Maintenance™ for proactive data management of vendor master info.  The application fulfills a component of the BackOffice Associates Active Data Governance model™ for maintaining compliant and clean data sources.  This application focused on Vendors offers users the opportunity to recognize a duplicate vendor record before posting even if the name is misspelled or listed under an alternate address among many other features.
