Our training classes provide you with the practical knowledge you need to effectively use our applications. A repeatable process demonstrated through lectures and “hands-on”, exercise-based training. Training sessions mirror what is happening at client sites. In addition our demonstrated curriculum includes a segment on SQL. Our fast-paced and engaging format delivers what you need to know in only a few days.

BackOffice Training Webinars

BackOffice Associates offers comprehensive online training that presents our technical content in interactive hands-on Webinar sessions. Through the use of labs, users can interact directly with the applications and complete exercises with the guidance of a live instructor. Participants require a computer with web access to participate in training that can be accessed from anywhere. These cost and time effective BOA™ Webinars offer distance learning to help achieve your training goals and increase your skill set. Our classes are held at our state-of-the-art training facilities in Johns Creek, GA and Harwich, MA. In addition to our facility based training we also offer on-site training classes that may be tailored to your specific project’s needs. Customer site training is available for groups of ten (10) or more people.
