Position Summary

The Application Administrator’s primary role and focus is the management of our various internal applications. The administrator would be the first line of defense for all support using these applications and would be responsible for implementing security, configuration changes, managing integrations, and being the spokesperson and point of contact for each of the apps.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Run and manage all internally used applications
  • Act as point of contact/expert
  • Good knowledge and demonstrated troubleshooting abilities on connectivity issues due to firewall, load balancer, proxy, and others
  • Strong experience on failover, high availability, disaster recovery, business continuance
  • Understands software and hardware requirements of varied departmental systems
  • Understands the workflow and process requirements of complex application systems
  • Ability to learn new content areas and new skills quickly
  • Professional attitude and work habits



  • 5+ years of working in a professional environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Salesforce Administration experience
  • Experience in: Kimble, Jive Experience, SQL database, Apex
  • Current experience with data quality and/or data migration
  • Proficient in MS SQL (query skills, table structure and relational databases)
  • Superior customer service skills, preferably demonstrated by experience working directly with customers
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and pick up new skills quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to self-motivate in fast paced environments
  • Strong drive for achieving results under pressure
