Position Summary

The PMO will be responsible for managing Consulting Operations, Process Policies and Resource Management for APJ.

Applicants must be experienced in project management activities in an IT environment. The primary goal of a PMO is to achieve benefits from standardizing and following project management policies, processes and methods.

Base Location: Hyderabad, India


Primary Responsibilities:

  • E2E Management of ERP System and coordination with Sales team and Finance team on project setup, milestone setup, invoicing etc.
  • Monitoring T&E entry, milestone Completion in ERP System for all consulting resources
  • Arrange for leadership call, regional calls with various regional stakeholders and record MOM
  • Prepare customized reports as per stakeholder’s requirement
  • Align process policies within the organization
  • Maintain PMO Tools / Portals within the organization and monitor project expenses across APJ along with P&L report
  • Responsible for capacity planning, staffing fulfillment and project assignments
  • Responsible for project related mobility for APAC consulting team
  • Support Resource leaders across North America and Europe/Africa in GDC staffing fulfillment
  • Monitor Project Health, Risks & Issues and Quality Management
  • Support skills development and training within Asia Pacific employees
  • Support ongoing organization wide resource management initiatives, as available and needed



  • 4-5 years total experience; 2+ years of Project Management Office activities and resource deployment related activities
  • Developing and executing project plans and implementing project controls and quality assurance of teams of expert resources
  • SAP Projects or SAP related experience, a plus
  • Exposure to outsourced Projects, vendor management and various stakeholders
  • Project Management certification (Prince 2/ PMP) preferred but not required
