Sales Operations Executive – Australia – Sydney

Position Summary

The Sales Operations Executive is responsible for supporting BackOffice Associates Asia (BOA) internal and external customers in the various stages of deal management and actively supporting professional sales and contract management process. This position will also be a primary point of contact for all business administration related tasks within BOA Australia.

Position is based out of BackOffice Associates office in North Sydney, Australia.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • SalesForce management – Support the sales and business development function in the generation and tracking of sales leads, proposals, contracts and internal and external follow-ups
  • Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders involved in the proposal and contract process such as field sales, sales management, alliances, delivery, legal, and finance teams and assure close and timely collaboration. Involved in bid and proposal management process
  • Oversee the internal sales process and assure timely, accurate and complete evaluation and approvals at each step of the sales and contracting process
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales and service processes and operations
  • Actively manage and coordinate market intelligence activity
  • Act as liaison and point of contact in organising and co-ordinating of marketing programs and events for Australia and New Zealand region. Work closely with regional marketing team to ensure alignment between programs and requirements from the ANZ sales team
  • Perform and contribute during proposal content creation and finalisation

 

Qualifications:

  • BA or BS Degree or equivalent educational background
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience
  • Experience with Sales operations
  •  

  • Knowledge in Salesforce
  • Knowledge of Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
  • Excellent communication skills (including written, verbal and presentation)
