Position Summary

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for being the primary point of contact for multiple user groups and teams who require development, maintenance, configuration, reporting and training. He/She will help drive automation of processes, and manage the integrations to our various business systems for our (SFDC) environment. This includes technical design, configuration, maintenance, administration, and integration with other BackOffice databases/systems.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about their work, self-motivated, detail oriented and have excellent problem solving abilities.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CRM application including ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business issues
  • Hands on configuration of the Salesforce Platform including users, roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, custom objects, etc
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity. Execute data migration/cleansing projects
  • Work with various functions and end users to identify, document, and communicate standard business processes as they relate to Salesforce
  • Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements
  • Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
  • Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation
  • Willing to be hands-on in producing tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverables, status reports, project plans)
  • Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the platform
  • Develop, maintain, create, and improve validation rules, custom workflows, custom objects, fields, processes, flows, and formulas



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field
  • Certified Administrator or equivalent experience
  • Solid understanding of and detailed experience with the architecture and API
  • Experience architecting designing, and configuring the platform and deep functional understanding of its capabilities and limitations
  • Experience with CSS, HTML, JavaScript
  • Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem solving skills
